Refund Policy

The Christian Carstens Flosi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made to the foundation are voluntary charitable contributions.

If you believe a donation was made in error — for example, an incorrect amount, an unintended recurring transaction, or a duplicate charge — please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will review the request and issue a refund where it’s appropriate to do so.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe) may not be recoverable.
